Preparation

Preparation includes appointing internal contact persons and contacting the PsyHealth team. In an initial contact we will give you further information on the procedure and the next steps. We discuss for which and how many activities a survey can be carried out. In addition, the procedure and the period of survey will be determined taking into account your company requirements. It is advisable to involve the employee representatives (workers’/staff council) in the preparation from the very beginning.
